I always wanted to make an under 40 list… but with 40 being a month away I just figured it wasn’t in the cards for me. But God dealt the deck! Making the Direct Selling News 40 under 40 this year (2025) is still a shock to me. It’s like the Wall Street Journal of the Direct Sales world!
I’m thankful for the nomination and knowing that out of hundreds of companies, something made me stand out reminds me that God sees it all. The nights I barely have enough energy to pull myself out of the office chair… to searching for signal at mom-in-laws in the country to send an email to a potential new fintech partner… I even remember hopping on a conference with a tech partner at a Burger King in Puerto Rico because I wasn’t going to make it back to the hotel in time lol.
The thing is, I never did any of it to be seen. I believe in the mission Novae brings to the table… it’s truly unlike any other company in the marketplace… heck we created our own marketplace. And the best part is, I get the best co-workers, my wife (who screamed hysterically when she heard the news, she was so happy for me) … my mentors (who played a joke like I was getting audited and they were about to tell me some bad news before giving me this good news lol) and I get to call some amazing people my friends that I basically watched their children grow up, and they’ve watched ours do the same. One of them called to congratulate me and said, “Yo JG… don’t you know your name is forever etched in stone now? People are going to be able to look to this day and see YOUR name.” That’s when it kinda hit me like, you know what… You are right. Of course this is a big look for our company, we are representin out here! But also this is a big look for my legacy… what my story tells the world after Im outta here… this will definitely be a part of it.
So thank you to all those rootin for ya boi… gettin older but Im still me… still serving… still sowing financial seeds in our generation’s garden. Let’s keep taking this thing to the next level!
