LET GO of Your Finances? Yes…

Notice the difference:

You sell your soul to the devil.

But…

You GIVE your soul to the Lord!

We talk a lot about finances but never forget who gives us the power to get it.

Tithing proves to God that you can be trusted with finances by giving it back to him.

What/Who woke you up to go to work or to your business? (hint, it wasn’t your alarm clock!)

What/Who healed your body so you can work? (it wasn’t the meds)

What/Who saved you from that wreck that could have been you on the side of the road. (it wasn’t the stop sign)

What/Who gave you favor to get that promotion or the job in the first place? (it wasn’t your excellent customer service)

Tithing isn’t the only way to give back though….
My mother-in-law called yesterday to give a testimony, said some lady came up to her and said God wanted me to give this to you and handed her some money. Don’t you know she turned right around paid for someone’s meal 5 minutes later? Today she got an amazing tipout that was 10x what she was given and gave back yesterday!

God is amazing!
Luke 6:38.

It’s been promised to you that when you give it shall be returned to you in good measure… that means more than what you gave!

But do you have faith to give? If you don’t get a return immediately, would you curse God?

If you never gave but seem to be blessed financially, would you try it to see if your wealth multiplies?

If you were down to your last 10 dollars, would you give the Church the minimum 10% of $1? Or would you give it all and have faith that you will be taken care of?

Get your financial edge, increase your paychecks, increase your credit and give back!

Mark 10:25 is where Jesus said is is hard for a rich man to get into heaven because he is so consumed by his riches, even if he is a follower of Christ and does not sin! So as you build wealth, do so with a distinct discernment and detachment to it because it could be gone in the blink of an eye… who are you without your wealth? Keep it congruent to who you are.
